We deliver across Mumbai Western Suburbs — Andheri to Borivali (19 pincodes):

If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of adding your address.
2. Delivery Time & Fees
- Minimum Order: ₹600
- Delivery Time: Within 60–90 minutes of order confirmation, depending on your area (during active store hours). The exact ETA for your pincode is shown at checkout.
- Store Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Sat).
- Delivery Charges: Calculated based on distance and shown clearly at checkout.
3. Shipping Conditions
Once the products gets delivered, please ensure someone is available to receive the order immediately to prevent thawing.
4. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of frozen foods, we do not accept returns once the delivery is completed and accepted.
5. Refunds & Replacements
We take pride in our quality. However, if you encounter any of the following, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion:
- Damaged packaging or seal at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Quality issues (must be reported with photos within 2 hours of delivery).

6. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before it is marked as "Out for Delivery".
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source.
