We deliver across Mumbai Western Suburbs — Vileparle to Borivali (19 pincodes) — Andheri, Vile Parle, Jogeshwari, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali & Borivali. Serviceable pincodes: 400053, 400056, 400057, 400058, 400059, 400060, 400062, 400063, 400064, 400066, 400067, 400069, 400091, 400092, 400093, 400097, 400101, 400102, 400104. Delivery takes 60–90 minutes depending on your area.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders meeting the minimum order value of Rs.600.
What are your delivery timing & working days?
Delivery timings are from 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Orders are delivered during the available delivery slots shown at checkout.
Can I order when the store delivery is closed?
If pre-booking is enabled, you can place an order for the next available opening/delivery slot which will be shown during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment using Razorpay gateway which allows users to make payment thru UPI, debit/credit card, net banking & also thru listed payment wallets.
How do i check status of my order after booking?
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a whatsapp message with live status & OTP for delivery confirmation.
How long does it stay fresh?
Note all our frozen products are to be stored at -18°C in your freezer. Cooking instructions & expiry date is mentioned on every pack.
Are the products 100% vegetarian?
Yes, our Swarich range of products is 100% vegetarian and made with premium ingredients.
